These terms of use apply to all services of Fachkurse, in particular for the provision of professional development courses and qualification measures. The subject is the teaching of specialist knowledge and practical skills in various industries. The courses serve personal and professional development, without guaranteeing any specific career success.
📋 User Rights and Obligations
You undertake to treat all course content and access data confidentially and not to pass them on to third parties. Participation in courses requires proper registration. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information. Misuse of the platform, for example through automated access or copyright infringement, is prohibited.
⚖️ Limitation of Liability
Fachkurse is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior of our employees. We assume no liability for slight negligence, unless it involves injury to life, limb, or health. The provided course materials serve to impart knowledge; liability for their specific application in everyday professional life is excluded.
🔄 Termination and Cessation of Use
You can terminate your registration at any time without stating reasons. Fachkurse reserves the right to block or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your usage rights to the course content expire. Fees already paid will not be refunded in this case.

We reserve the right to change these terms of use at any time with effect for the future. You will be informed of significant changes by email to the address you provided. If you do not object to the change within four weeks, it will be deemed accepted. Your right to object remains unaffected.
